THE CRAFTY BAZAAR - IT'S CHRISTMAS! WINTER MAKERS MARKET AT WYLAM BREWERY

We had an incredible day on Sunday (30th Nov.) With Christmas songs playing, Festive garlands and decor looking on point plus Boozy hot choc... It was definately the season to be jolly! The Christmassy vibe was set and locked in as over 450 visitors + Doggos came to browse and shopped small from up to 40 local and independent businesses. This truly demonstrated the strong community spirit in Newcastle by exchanging the high street for a thoughtfully curated makers market.
There were tasty food vans outside by Goodtimes Tacos and Voodoo Pizza. Not to mention The Little Hatch bakery & bar who were serving coffees and boozy hot chocolates!
Not to mention indoors, we had sweet treats from Uki Uki Patisserie and Donut Lab!
It was great to see the shuttle bus being used to its fullest potential and great that the weather behaved itself. We were even blessed with some sun rays shining through!
As usual at The Crafty Bazaar, the first 50 visitors recieve a FREE tote bag - These didn't last long as the early birds caught the worms... and great seeing them all filled with goodies when leaving!
It was great to see our popular mini workshop for D.I.Y Terrarium was a big hit again! Many queues formed as visitors were all excited and ready to get stuck in, leaving with something freshly handmade and bespoke!
As for our comeptition winner, Here is the lovely Victoria posing with her Matcha Merch goodies. She won our biggest prize bundle yet worth £85. Consisting of: Matcha Events/ Wor Baz Recycled travel mug, Wor Baz Enamel Pin, Holographic sticker sheet, C.R.E.A.M Tee, Tote bag and £20.00 voucher to spend at The Crafty Bazaar plus Free entry for her and guest!
What an excellent way to finish off the year with our last makers market for 2025. It was indeed a magical one with positive vibes and sharing the cheer.
Thank you to everyone who came and supported whether it was physically or digitally, it still counts and we are forever grateful.
